This article is centered on Renascence theory of famous thinker, Leonardo da Vinci which situates the painting above any kind of spiritual action. Because of its interest in the truth, the painting gains also a scientifically status. We inherited from Leonardo da Vinci an important set of reflections concerning the eye-pupil which changed the way of understanding the perception of the apparent dimension of things.
